Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken
This is a great recipe because it is so quick and yummy.
4 Chicken breasts
fresh crushed black pepper
2 large lemons
1. Rinse chicken, pat dry
2. Squeeze juice from both lemons into a medium bowl, place chicken in and turn.
3. Make sure your chicken is covered in juice. Sprinkle with pepper and salt
4. Cook chicken how you like (BBQ, stove top, oven) turning once and pouring remaining lemon juice over the chicken.
5. Eat it and enjoy.
*This is very low fat, yet super flavorful. I like to serve with brown rice to maintain that light and yummy theme.
