A new kind of menu plan

I sat down a couple of days ago to plan out our dinner menu.  I used to be better at this, but life happened and I’ve been wondering what I’m going to make ever since. 

Some things I love about menu planning:  saves money (only buy what you need) and I feel organized and excited about dinner.  I have been really wanting to master Asian cuisine for some time now.  I got some books from the library and hit up foodnetwork.com.  The result was a new kind of menu planning…themes!

This week:  Asian food week.  Thank you internet and library for free recipes and inspiration.  Egg rolls and cream cheese won tons were first on the menu.
