cookie tips

 

It dawned on me this month that in order to save time, and not be a slave to the oven… make cookie bars!  You can use any regular cookie recipe, and just turn it into cookie bars.  Why didn’t I think of this earlier?  I have used a 7×11, and 8×8 pan.  Both turned out great (with the same recipe)  If you want thinner bars use a 9×12. 

I won’t post a cooking time, because I didn’t use one. I just checked on it after about 10 mins, and waited longer until they were golden brown.  It really depends on what pan and what elevation anyways.
